1. What We Collect
- Name and email: so we can deliver your finished CV.
- Your uploaded CV: used only during the rewriting session, not stored afterwards.
- Interview answers: the 5-minute AI interview helps us tailor your CV. Same rule: processed, not stored.
- Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your CV and interview answers are sent to the Anthropic (Claude) API to generate your rewritten CV. Anthropic does not use API data to train their models. Once your CV is delivered, the content is not retained on our servers.
Your email is used only to deliver your CV and send a payment receipt. That's it.
3. What We Don't Do
- We do not store your CV after delivery.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
- We do not use your data for advertising or marketing lists.
- We do not train AI models on your content.
4. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe's secure servers; they never touch ours. We only receive confirmation that payment succeeded.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your session working. We may use basic, anonymous analytics to understand how people use the site. No advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Data Retention
- CV content and interview answers: Not retained after your CV is delivered.
- Name and email: Kept only as long as needed. You can request deletion at any time.
- Payment records: Kept as required by UAE financial regulations.
7. Your Rights
You can ask us to delete all your personal data, get a copy of what we hold, or correct anything that's wrong. Just email us and we'll handle it within 30 days.
